No machan its jailbroken and running iOS 5.0.1. These days who keeps unlocked iPhones its basically useless without a jailbreak..

The one which are free can be installed but you have to pay for paid apps which can range from usually $0.99(around rs 130 with the current fluctuating dollar) to $6.99. Anyways,price is negotiable and you all are free to make an offer. I'm in no rush to sell this at the moment.

You have mixed up unlocking and jail-breaking bro.
Factory Unlock means you don't have to unlock them to use on any network and can update the iOS software without any problem.
You can't upgrade unlock phones to new iOS versions until someone release a hacked version of the OS to your device model.

Unlocked or factory unlocked both should be jailbreaked to install apps out side of Apps Store. So both can install paid apps for free if you jailbreak.
