This is the Galaxy S2 T mobile variant for some reason USA has few different kinds of Galaxy phones same goes for Galaxy S and Galaxy Nexus. Anyway it has the same processor as international version but factory over clocked to 1.5 when I was using my Galaxy S2 I OC'ed it to 1.6 on Gingerbread. Only down side you will have is that official updates will take centuries to reach because.

1 .Google Release source code -> samsung adds pisswizz -> release it to Inyternational Unlocked phones

2. Carriers pick up the update and make their changes to International carrier branded Galaxy S2

3. USA carriers pick it up and make T-Mobile, Verizon & AT&T Versions for it's own variants

So as you can see it'll take ages. All the international versions of Galaxy S2 has been updated by now but USA variants still waiting to get ICS.

This is based on AOSP so it is actually pure AOSP but with additional mods where you can change many things. CM9 is ok but no mods yet when they implement those I might jump right back on to CM9 but till then AOKP.
