yea.. It's really nice story. inspired me. I've read it twice. it brings few lessons into our life.
one is, do not stop until you achieve your goal. another thing is do not change your mind, path when you meet obstacles and barriers. And finally, do not be cheated by your emotional feelings.
This is a great novel !

based on this story of book.
but unfortunately where is some changes of original story and
try to show up unnecessary things.
hard to get real feelings while reading the book.
And any one know about the translator of sinhala novel "Guru Geethaya" ?

I read this novel around five years ago. It was a Sinhala translation of the same novel; "Guru Geethaya". I loved it. How much Duishen loved her.
Long ago i too was a teacher. i loved one of my students and she knew it. I knew she too loved me. But time changes every thing. (Hey anyone who read this,i m not a good writer but I write the truth.) I had too leave Sri Lanka for some reason and she had to continue her studies. I could not keep much contacts with her though i called her once or twice in a year.Two weeks ago she called me, and asked permission as she is going to marry someone.
Now i know how much she loves me which she could not tell me, Which i could not tell her either.
