This is a skill, passed down from generation to generation in several small villages in, Thailand .
Thousands of tourists come to these places to buy such unusual soap.
However, I doubt very much that someone could use it for its intended purpose,
for example, wash your hands.
And this is how those amazing flowers are crafted
