Parcel from UK

Please Machan Help.. Anyone recently received a parcel from UK in standard post please tell me how long does it take to arrive from UK to SL.

That's right.. Its a International signed for parcel. Tell Me, Do they diliver them to home or should i collect it from the office?

that depends on the parcel. if its a big one they will keep it and send you a letter. So you can go and collect it from main post office by paying tax

it take around 10 days to clear from custom and come to home.

UK to Colombo take around 5 days only.

so 15 days.

its depend on your luck.

I know a person who got ipad from germany without any tax. you will also lucky to get it without tax.

I think I must go to the post office to collect this. No way they deliver a package to my doorstep.. I'll wait another 5 days.. Let's see.

u'll have go to central mail exchang if its a big parcel ,it takes about 10day to reach here and some time to custom processing
