.net framework 4 help:(:(:(

guys im trying to install the .netframework 4 to install visual studio 2010......everytime i install it gives an error........

PLEASE HELP ME>>>>>>> HCRESULT 0xc8000222 is the error... my operation system is windows 7 professional 64bit

machan i tried this before

when i try the first step..error comes saying
''net stop wuauserv system error 5 has occurred. access is denied"

mehema karala balanna....Net wala parana version thiyenna oni aluth ewa gahanna...(as i know by experience.i may be wrong)

issella balalla 3.5 version eka ehema install welada thiyenne kiyala...
anyway....menna me fix eka gahala inna....
