i am using family package. dtz better. some times it provides more than 1 Mbps.

what they say is the unlimited users have been put in to some sort of a group and your overall speed depends on the usage of the entire group.

so if you are experiencing speed loss , sad news mate .....

according to them there's no way they can increase the speed.

just spoke with SLT branch manager @ Negombo

the solution they give is to move to the freakin 25gig package which is not a solution at all

speaking of me , I'm experiencing download speeds as low as 5kbps

you can get the maximum speed if you use IDM to download MF files.You need to go to options and then connections and select 512kbs for connection speed and select 16 for defult ma.connection number.
