i want to pay to a foreign bank in USD in few months.but this exchange rates are changing and i have to pay more each day in sri lankan rupees.so i cant keep in SL rupees.

You can Open RFC account with Seylan Bank. But first you need atleast 100$ cheque to Deposit on Account
