You are talking about an OTA site. This requires a good inventory management system & at least 2 payment gateways. Check Expedia,Roomsnet,Agoda.. etc. Its not a simple project. Will cost you some good money. & i don't think a freelancer can handle this specially the payment gateway part. So Always go for a professional company who will take care of the maintenance as well.
