here we have to look at two aspects: ease of access and low charges. now for ease of access the best is hsbc. security too is high. for the lowest charges it is definitely boc. and seylan is the next because they dont charge annual fees etc. all other cards are standard cards.
out of all cards the dirtiest recovery is with standard chartered. but again if you get one you should also keep in mind that you have to pay back.
