IF you are in ICS rom its not Recommend to factory reset. !!
Check whether you have Save Kernel installed !
There is a emmc bug in the Galaxy note !

If you have safe kernel installed then wipe battery stats from the CWM Advance menu. it will fix the problem

IF you are in ICS rom its not Recommend to factory reset. !!
