Egg White Shake Recipe!

Dear EK Builders,

This is a relatively inexpensive protein shake that you can prepare with ease. I prefer having this as the last meal of my day. However this may not be everybody's piece of cake since I use raw egg whites as the base ingredient here. Check this out.. I got two versions for low-carbers and low-fat dieters,
You will need,
1. 5 egg whites
2. 1 tablespoon of peanut butter or virgin coconut oil ( Do NOT add any of these for the Low-fat version)
3. 2 sachets of artificial sweetener - 'Equal' ( or 1 tbs of honey for low-fatters)

Simply put them all in a shaker or a blender and blend them well... Yes, it's delicious and muscle building healthy
Here are the rough Macros,

Low Carb version,

Protein - 22g
Fat - 8.3g
Carbs - 4.3g ( Not too bad!)
Calories - 180

Low Fat version

Protein - 18g
Fat - 0g!!!!!! :)
Carbs - 18.5g (Glycemic Load 10)
Calories - 150

You can add more egg whites as you need to up your daily protein requirement.
This can be used as a decent post workout shake replacement for whey protein, but the only problem I see here is that egg white protein isn't as quick acting as whey protein amino acids!:( Therefore I still prefer whey over egg whites for post workout!

Enjoy the shake machanla...

Btw I'm on a cutting cycle these days and have had some reasonable results... Seems like I have lost some muscle mass due to the stressfull working conditions last month or so ( lack of sleep and no proper food ). Anyway I'm posting a pic to keep myself motivated...Also gotta regain those lost muscles next bulking cycle.

Train Hard Machanla
Cheers

Three Exercises that every bodybuilder should work on...

Dear EK builders,

Just wanted to do a quick post on three significantly important compound exercises that, in my opinion, every bodybuilder should be performing!

1. Squats
2. Deadlifts
3. Bench Press

Make sure that you include these three exercises in your workout program to experience optimum results! Yes... big muscle gains... :D

Train Hard Machanla..

Cheers

Stopped and starting again to prove the idiots!

    Hello EKians,

I know it's been literally ages since I've last been here! I stopped training, literally nothing at all, for 30 months and starting again. I stopped my healthy lifestyle and ignored all my training and diet to experience how 'lethargic' it feels. I felt horrible and lost a lot of muscle and strength! At one point my cholesterol levels rose up to 210mg/l. Anyways, I've now created myself a good platform for all of those criticizers, who believe that building muscle has nothing to do with training and dieting! I'm back in the game now fellows! Started lifting small.. and eating clean! And this time I'm gonna prove you all the truth I've always vouched for! So I welcome you all to join along with me and build big!

    Let's train together!

    Cheers!
