Which degree is better?Need your advise.

Guys I need your gerat advise.I wish to follow a degree major in Cyber Security or Telecommunication and Computer Networking.Which one is better? which will have better job opportunities both in Sri Lanka and abroad?
Those in IT related fields and Networking fields are welcommed.Also if you have any idea about those fields please feel free to post them here.
