LTE is still useless in sri lanka.My HTC ONE Dialog 4G battery life is one hour so i don't want 4G so decide to go for nexus 5.

But Nexus 5 improve LTE reception to reduce battery life so NEXUS 5 LTE might be good

And another fact that mobitel is sharing dialog 4G license so in speed might be slow when your using mobitel 4g

Im getting 18-21mbps but i don't need that much of speed for mobile
