AFAIK Lyceum, Gateway etc following London syllabus. Susex - Sri Lankan syllabus in English medium. Think how you are planning for higher education before decide the school. Sri Lankan syllabus will allow you to elect for Sri Lankan Universities. (I don't know about others)
Ceylinco Sussex Admission 15k + Quarterly fee 27K (May be vary now) But very less extra curricular, only education. - sometimes less qualified staff, depending on location

Mn dekatama gihin thiyenawa dekama colombo wala hondama ewa gov school nm patta cha , specialy because of teachers. They don't care about students that much. Anika competition eka wadi. Teachers la lamai ta respect karan na ballo balallu ganata dala katha karnne.
