If it is a business then you have to pay a low 21.50rs, fuel surcharge fo just 25% and a fixed charge of 240 Rs. CEB is screwing its house hold consumer to get its money by hook or crook for their incompetancies. It is wise if you are consuming more than 90 untis to change to business.
