Bank of Ceylong caught stealing money from user accounts and ATM fraud!

ATMs have 4 cassettes

some ATMs don't have 2000 but 5000

each cassette will have 1000 notes. and normal ATMs do not identify the physical notes. Some ATMs are loaded by diff companies like certis and others by the branch...

of cause the branch can play out... that depends

i know in an out of ATMs cause i manage the ATM business of my bank...

Also recently I went to get some money from the Bank of Ceylon Keselwatta branch. I withdrew 18,000 using my Mastercard debit card. All I got was 17 thousand Rupee notes and a fifty Rupee note! SO I am at a loss for Rs 950/-.


mostly boc load new notes to atm. Dont say lies

any bank cant vanished ur money.if it happend u can easyly check it from any bank of ceylon branch.
u can find where that money withdraw,time,voucher,video clip.so there is no way to doing a cheat thing. boc is the most strongest bank in sri lanka.

Boc for naki kululas ne sonz..sampath use karapan still not a single issue.

You get duplicate credit card transactions with Sampath. But they reverse when complain. I have been a BOC customer for ten years, so far no problem.
