FINALLY! Google has started Rolling-out the Official Android 5.0 Lollipop updates for the Nexus family. Including the Nexus 4, Nexus 5, Nexus 7 (2012 and 2013), Nexus 10. Google also releases the update to Nexus 9 and Nexus 6 with some minor bug fixes. You should get a Notification about a system update on your nexus device by now.

The Update is about 500 MB in size and packs all the Lollipop goodies you expected, from Apps to Material Design UI. The OTA update should hit your device in the upcoming hours.

If you don't want to wait, Google has released the Lollipop factory images for all the Nexus devices on its website so you can go a head a and flash official Lollipop Image to your Nexus device right now from this Page Here. Enjoy!
