how to get back uninstalled android apps without downloading again

is there anyway to to get back uninstalled android apps without downloading again. i think even though we uninstalled apps from phone. it is set up file is already there in phone. am i right?

Download from the Google store There's a list of 'My apps'
There's no way to get deleted files from the internal memory.. (As I know)
