We need educated, intelligen people starting business like in US, China and India. Sadly in Sri Lanka it's the other way around and because of that we hardly see new local businesses becoming international players. Most of them lack the knowledge and creativity to expand their business

මේ දවස්වල එලකිරියේ වැටෙන අසහන ත්‍රෙඩ් අතර පට්ටම ත්‍රෙඩ් එකක්.

මමත් කලින් ලිව්වා හම්බ කරන හැම සතේම අපි වෙනුවෙන් වහල් කමේ යොදවන්නේ කොහොමද කියලා. ඒ කිව්වේ අපි නිකන් උන්නත් අපේ වහල්ලු (ආයෝජනය කලදේ ) අපි වෙනුවෙන් වැඩ කරනවා. හැමදාමම මම විශ්වාස කරන දෙයක් තමයි හද අල්ලන්න ට්‍රයි කලොත් අඩුම වලාකිලක්වත් අල්ලන්න පුලුවන් කියන එක. මේ ලෝකේ දුප්පත් කම කියන එකට සමහර අයගේ කම්මැලිකම, උත්සාහයක් නැතිකම සහ බක පන්ඩිතකමත් කෙලින්ම බලපානවා.

ඔය පිරමීඩේ උඩම ඉන්නේ ස්මාර්ට් වර්කර්ස්ලා. යටම ඉන්නේ හාඩ් වර්කර්ස්ලා (බහුතරය ) උදා හරනෙකට කරත්තේ අදින ගොනා කරන්නේ හාඩ් වර්ක් එකක් දක්කන එකා කරන්නේ ස්මාර්ට් වර්ක් එකක්.. ගොනයි දක්කන එකයි දෙන්නම කරන්නේ කරත්තෙන් බඩු අදින එක
