Yes machan partially i am agreeing what you are saying about low salary scales.

The reason is not SLIIT but people come to SLIIT. Past years alot people came to SLIIT and did IT degree for sake of getting a degree (Those days there were no a lto private degrees for other streams).

A lot of them did not like IT/Software engineering. They ended the degree some even stayed at home and some went for jobs because they just have the degree and perform poorly in interviews. This has affected the salary grades for skilled people from SLIIT as well but for them its just matter of 6 months or 1 year to get good increments

If you love IT and software engineering and you feel you have skills SLIIT is not bad place for you

බොරුවට කෑගහන්න එපා. මට පේන්නේ උබත් SLIIT රැල්ලට රැවටිලා ,අර ඔකෙන් ගොඩයන ඉතාම සුලුතරය දිහා බලලා හුරේ අපිත් ගොඩේ ගොඩ කියල හිත රවට්ට ගත්තු දෙමව්පියන්ගේ සල්ලි නාස්ති කරන ඩයල් එකක් ද කොහෙද. මචන් මම අදුරන ඔනතරම් මිනිස්සු ඉන්නවා එකෙන් ගොඩ ගිය.එත් මේතාක් ඔකට ඇතුලත් උනු ලමයි ගානෙන් එක බෙදුවාම එක නිකන් හුන්ඩුවක් වගෙයි.

අනික මට කියපන් අන්තිමට අවුට් උන බැච් එකට මීට අවුරුදු 4කට කලින් ඇතුලත් උනු ලමයිගානයි / එකෙන් පාස් උනු ගානයි / දැන් එකෙ උන්ගෙන් රුපියල් 35,000 වඩා පඩිගන්න උන්ගෙයි ගාන?


SLIIT එකට ඔන කෙනෙකුට යන්න පුලුවන් එත් උබ ආ උඩ දාලා තියෙන ආයතන වලට යන්න ඒ හැමොටම තියා 5% වත් බැහැ. ඔකයි තිත්ත ඇත්ත. ඔනේ නම් කියපන් උබ දාලා තියෙන හැම කොම්පැනියකම හෙඩ් ඔෆ් HR ගේ කටින්ම මම මේ කියපුවා උබට අස්සවන්නම්

කුහක වෙන්න එපා සහෝදරයා. මිනිහෙක් යමක් අහද්දි හරි උත්තරයක් දීපන්. මගේ නම් අදහස යන්න SLIIT එපා කියන එකයි. අනික කියන්නේ EDEXCEL HND - Assignments වලින්ම ගොඩයන්න පුලුවන් එකක් . කම්පැනි ඕවගේ නූල් සූත්තර හොදට දන්නවා . මම කියන එක නෙමෙයි. ඕන කෙනෙක්ගෙන් අහන්න.

උබ ඔය කියලා තියෙන විදිහට ජොබ් වලට ඇප්ලයි කොරන්න ගිහින් අනා ගත්තු අය ඔනා තරම මේ කිරියෙත් ඇති.

SLIIT එකේ පොඩි අවුලකට තිබුනෙ ඉන්ඩස්ට්‍රි ට්‍රේනින්ග් අඩුකම,දැන් SLIIT එක ඇතුලෙ ඕනෙ තරම් ඔය උඩ කම්පනිවල ඔෆීස් තියෙනවා,ඕනෙම ළමයෙක්ට ගිහින් තමන් කැමති එකක ඉන්ටර්න් කරන්න චාන්ස් එක තියෙනවා.SLIIT එකට 1000ක් ආවොත් ඩිග්‍රි ගන්නෙ 400ක් විතර.ඒක SLIIT එකේ වැරැද්ද නෙමෙයි.උන්ගෙ වැරැද්ද,අමාරුවෙන්හරි වැඩේ ගොඩ දාපු උන් මාස 6ක් ඉන්ටර්න් කරලා තියෙනවනම් ඔය උඹ කියපු 5% කම්පනි වලට කිසි කේස් එකක් නැතුව ගන්නවා.ඒ වගේම අවුරුදු 4කට කලින් ඩිග්‍රිය ඉවර කරපු උන්ගෙන් 90%කට වඩා 50,000කට උඩ සැලරි ගන්නවා ලොවෙත්.ඉන්ඩස්ට්‍රි එකේ බැච් ටොප්ද,ජීපී ඒ එක කීයද කියලා බලලා ගන්නෙ වර්චුසා වගේ කම්පනීස් විතරයි.ඒක නිසා වැඩේ ගොඩ දාපු ඕනෙ එකෙක්ට හොඳ සැලරි එකකට යන්න චාන්ස් එක තියෙනවා

SLIIT යන්න එපා බන්. දන්න නිසා කියන්නේ.. කම්පැනි වලට රෙකෲට් කරන්නේ නැහැ ( මම මේ කිව්වේ අවුට් ස්ටෑන්ඩින්ග් පෆොර්මන්ස් පෙන්නන උන් ගැන නෙමෙයි ). ගත්තත් QA වගේ තමා .අලුත්ම තත්ත්වේ තමා EDEXCEL HND TOP UP DEGREE & SLIIT ගන්නේ නැහැ .තේ කඩ වගේ කොම් පැනියකින් නැතුව හරිහමන් එකකින් අහලා බලපන්
