Don't listen to Death Metal that much but I like some of the stuff done by Mastodon, Cradle of Filth, Slipknot(DM? ), Slayer, and Lamb of God.
IMHO: Gothic Metal, Symphonic Metal, and Nu Metal sounds way better than Death Metal.
