Requirements:
-8+ years relevant post-graduate pre and post contract QS work experience.
-Tertiary qualifications (Quantity Surveying / Construction Economics)
-Full Membership RICS
-Demonstrable broad based, advanced level technical competency.
-Proficiency in the use of onscreen taking-off software such as Planswift, CostX ,Buildsoft or any other
-Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office suite
-Strong Understanding of principals/processes involved in change management and scope delivery
-Strong written/verbal communication skills with evidence of working closely with contractors to agree valuations
-Evidence-based effective team leadership skills and experience.
-A solid background with high standards and a history of achievements
-Deep understanding of the RICS New Rules of Measurement ( NRM 1 & 2).
-Any other leadership and team building skills
