If there is any natural disaster to occur Sri Lanka should have copy cat Dis taster management zone so Sri Lankan Government can run smoothly. Trincomale has natural harbor and should be developed as parallel city to Colombo. Same Western Megalopolis idea should be developed for Eastern Province too. Then it should be copied to Northern and Southern provinces too. All coastal area can be developed as a whole in this country.
