Bad Experience with Dialog 4G

Last saturday I purchased a Dialog 4G router from a dialog sale person in front of Unity Plaza. He said it would be activated the very next day. But it's still NOT activated It's been 5 days now.

When I call Dialog Customer support they ask us to contact the sales person. When I contact the sales person he says documents has been submitted to dialog and he has nothing to do. Dialog says they never received any documents. WTF!

Since I'm running on promotional 3GB data, it's ended. And I don't have any activated package now.

Never purchase from those street side sales guys.

And it has been a terrible customer support!

Same thing happens to me also. It takes me more then 3 weeks and more than 10 calls to activate my package.

i buy it from dealer who sale near chandrika kumarathunga road malabe. And dialog customer service told me to to contact him also. but he never answers his phone. so i told them about that issue. After that they got my complete details again. After 4 days they activated the package.

Yes machan this is exactly what's happening here too. Dialog is asking my full details, They asked me to give them SIM number but I didn't have it with me. What is SIM number? Is it the phone number associated with the SIM? or just the number printed behind the SIM card?
