මම ලොකුවට ට්‍රොනික් ගැන දන්නේ නැහැ, Anyway you do it and then you can do IESL exams and be a qualified Engineer or else you can do higher studies and go abroad. It doesn't matter machan. Starting post may be Assistant Engineer, But after 2-3 years you can be a qualified Engineer after doing IESL. And then after few years you can be a Charted Engineer Machan. Then do an MSc / MEng from a loca or a foreign university. Never get worried about the salary. You can earn more than Government Engineer earn after few years you passed out.

I have mentioned the Starting Salary only. for a fresh graduate ( 0 year experience ) They recruit Textile people for Executive grade at the starting point. If you perform well you would be promoted to senior executive grades, Assistant Manager grades and Manager grades. There are people at MAS who has more than 7-8 years experience but earn Rs 75000 only, because of poor performance
