පොඩි පොඩි ඉන්ටනෙට් පැකේජ් පාවිච්චි කරන අයට තියෙන ප්රශ්නයක් තමා වින්ඩෝස් 10 අප්ඩේට් එක ඔෆ් කරන්න බැරි එක .
හැබයි මම කියන්නේ අප්ඩේට් වෙන්න දෙන එක හොදයි කියලා . කථා අනවශ්යයි තිතක්
මේකෙන් මොකක්ද වෙන්නේ ?
අපේ ethernet connection එක metered connection කරන එක
එතකොට ?
windows update download වෙන්නේ na metered connection වලදී
පට්ටනේ
1.windows key + R
2. මේ පාත් එකට යන්න HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\NetworkList\DefaultMediaCost
3.Right click Defaultmediacost then go to permissions
4.Highlight All application packages
5. click advanced
6 .in the top . click change
7.copy the text in (from this location )
8. paste it below and type \Administrators
eg ; DESKTOP-5R25UOO\Administrators
9.click check names
10.click OK
11.make a tik in
"Replace owner on subcontainers and objects".
12. apply
13.ok
14. come back to permissions
15. click ( Desktop-xxxxxxxxx\Administrators
16.make a tik in full control
17.apply

n the DefaultMediaCost key, you'll find different entries, including for 3G, 4G, Default, Ethernet, and WiFi with their default data values: 1 or 2. The data value 1 means that the connection type is non-metered, and the data value of 2 means that the connection type is metered. Double-click the Ethernet DWORD (32-bit) Value key, and change the value to 2.
20 . click ok & Restart the computer
