thani pudgala widihata.. for example if the profit is 1 million per year and you and another prater is in the business, then 500,000 is your income and since it is within the tax free rate you don't have to pay. So basically profit divided by number of partners .

No mahcan you can just register without any issues.. But I think now you have to get this grama sewaka certifying the addresses of all partners from their relevant gramasewaka area. Earlier just the ID copies were enough but now UNP government has changed that.
