allianz insurance sucks !!

allianz is the most useless insurance company.. I was with allianz for 11 months and last moth I met with an accident. The fault was with the 3rd party and they were not interested waiting for allianze assessor. So I called the assessor and informed the situation. The assessor told me to take photos and tell the 3rd part vehicle go. I did accordingly and now they say 3rd party vehicle was left without authorization and my claim is on hold.. never trust allianz and their service ... they just miss uses you. After 2 weeks they are just investigating my claim and not a penny paid to me. After all I got advise from them.

Press them for the claim, contact higher-ups of the company... escalate the case to the insurance ombudsman if they refuse the claim.

I would not recommend Ceylinco insurance. I bought their coverage and paid a bit less than 100,000 rs. About a month after I faced a minor accident resulting in a small scratch on the door. They were very reluctant to pay for the damage when I said that I need to get the repair done at the agents (company).
