Any SLT 4G/ADSL users experiencing high ping(latency) in online games/apps?

I've been experiencing very high latencies(ping) since yesterday evening. Is it same with you guys? or is the ping normal? btw I have a SLT 4G connection. Speed is fine. It's just the ping which is skyrocketing

my normal LoL ping was 220 - 260. Now it's 380 (OCE). But my normal overwatch ping was like 75-90 and now it's 300+
idk what's wrong with my connection. It was fine yesterday morning.
I should probably call SLT .......

yup, having the same issue here. i used to get around 250ms for ESO Europe servers but now it's spiking to 350-380 every 10-15 minutes and stays like that for 2-3mins

SEA ping is very high in mine too.

maybe this is the cause. one of the submarine cables is broken and another is on repair
