    Failed miserably. Warranty claims skyrocketed. Authorized Agent for Chery back then was David Peiris, they abandoned the brand - customers were left helpless

    Ah. I remember that. They could/Should have done better to the brand . At that time it was picking up. May be they failed in terms of technical support and warranty due to wrong management. What ever said and done the damage is done and pulling back the positive image might cost millions to an organization unless Cherry as an organization come down to SL and establish them selves :yes:
