xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Pro in EDL mode. always red led blinking

I was researching the entire day to fix this issue in xiaomi Redmi Note 3 pro. the miui forum says this is like a brick situation. below is what i did.

1. went to fastboot mode.
2. plug the usb cable.
3. ran the reboot-edl.bat file. it contains the below lines of code
(echo off
fastboot reboot-edl
pause
exit)
4. now phone is in EDL mode (LED blinking) so with Xiaomi MI Flash tool tried to flash TWRP(recovery) -> flash went well and gave success message.

after that when i unplugged the USB cable nothing happened. when i plug the USB cable again also phone is in EDl mode. (led blinking)

i further researched about this issue. and found it could be fixed in one of the following way.

1. Test Point Method.
2. Special Flash USB cable.

Any good shop in colombo area to fix this issue? or any clue of getting a special flash cable ?
how much will it cost to fix this?

please put a bump if you dont know. i have been trying whole day to fix this issue.

Download latest MI flash tool
Install all the usb and adb drivers
Download kenzo original rom from mi site(you don't need any special cable)
Go to edl mode and connect it to mi flash
then install the new rom

PS: if your phone does not connect with mi flash tool, i think it will be a problem

මචන් අවුල ඕක තමා, after i connect mi flash tool, it doesn't detect. when i check in device manager, instead of my phone name, something else like diagnose only coming.
