Pliyandala CEB training center is in Devananda road (Opposite to the Piliyandala police station). It's about 1.5 Km away from the main road.

From Battaramulla first you have to come to either Kottawa or Maharagama and then need to take any bus that goes to Piliyandala. I think it might take you more than 1 hour for the whole journey.
