Are you sure that the so-called "Vietnam version" is not a Chinese knockoff?
don't know exactly. but saw this ad on ikman saying
HUAWEI NOVA 3 128GB. = 14,900 (brand new pack) VIETNAM
people believe everything good except Chinese nothing else

An Ikman ad eh? Run away as fast as you can
I'm not even sure if Huawei has manufacturing plants in Vietnam in the first place. Samsung does, not sure about Huawei.
Even if they do, if it's made in Vietnam the price should be even higher - why do you think Samsung stopped exporting mobile phones manufactured in Vietnam to Sri Lanka?
If you're still interested in this awfully dodgy ad, ask if you can come in person to inspect the phone yourself.
If I were you I'd stay as far as possible from this - if they're actually offering a "nova 3" for this price it could be a refurbished phone or a knockoff. Worse still its possible that there is no such phone at all - they might ask you for an advance payment/full payment before you inspect the phone in person and vanish with your money.
