His new videos are already in 4k and he is ok with it. I think he is using his ipad pro for 4k editing, if he gets a new powerful desktop he can get much better compression using much complex compressing algorithms and gpu decoding with hevc. so he can definitely save some data for uploading and backup size without droping the quality. And he'll have to have RAID1 configured pc since he is considering youtube revenue as one of his main income. You can't get RAID1 in ipad pro.

Actually with LumaFusion I can edit and export in HEVC on the iPad pro. However yeah if I had a powerful PC can do so much better with Premier Pro.
