Here's what happened to my New Monitor!

As you all might know I recently bought a new Asus 34" Ultrawide curved monitor-

But it had a problem. There was a severe clouding issue around the edges-

At first i wasn't sure if it was the monitor or my shitty old VGA so I bought a GTX 1050 from Nanotek and then checked it again- same problem- even changed the cables etc (HDMI and Display port).


So three days after I bought it I took it back to EPSI where I bought it from and they checked and it was obvious to them that there was a clouding issue. They wanted to give me a replacement- same model, but they didn't have any more units of the MX34VQ so they offered a much higher priced Asus PQ34 Gsync for an extra balance payment of 40000/-


I said I didn't have the budget for that and that I would like a refund. So Sharan the guy who sold it to me called me next day got my account details and sent the entire Rs 141,000/- direct to my Bank Account!


Now that's Cutomer Service for you.

මගේ Asus ලැප්ටොප් දෙකක බැට්‍රි අවුල් ගිහින් ඉදිමිලා තිබිලා මම ලගදි Epsi එකට අරන් ගියා.

උන් බලද්දි එක ලැප්ටොප් එකක් ඔන් වෙන්නේ නෑ. කලින් දවසෙත් හොදටම වැඩ කරපු ලැප්ටොප් එක.

හොද වෙලාවට ඒකට වොරන්ටි තිබ්බ නිසා උන් අලුත් mother board එකක් ඒ වෙලේම ෆ්‍රී දාලා දුන්නා.
