මගෙ ලැප් එකෙ ඩෙස්ක්ටොප් එකේ ඉන්නකොට අන්තිම අයිකොන් එක ඔටො සිලෙක්ට් වෙනවා.ඒ කියන්නෙ වින්ඩෝ එකක ඉන්දැද්දී අන්තිමට තියෙන ෆයිල් එක හෝ අයිකන් එක ඔටෝ සිලෙක්ට වෙලා තියෙනවා.තව වෙබ් බ්‍රවුසින් කරනකොට ස්ක්‍රොල් බාර් එක යටටම ස්ක්‍රොල් වෙනවා.මවුස් එකෙන් හෝ ටච් පෑඩ් එකෙන් කොච්චර උඩට ඇද්දත් යටටම ආපහු බහිනවා.ඇරෝ කීස් වලින් උඩට ඇද්දහම නම් හරි යනවා හැබැයි ටික වෙලවකට.මේ ලෙඩේ එන්නෙත් සැරෙන් සැරේ.උබලා හිතන විදිහට අවුල මොකක් වෙන්න පුලුවන්ද?

1. Do you have your Desktop background set to Slideshow or the theme colour set as "Auto pick an accent colour"?
If so change change your Background to Picture and set a theme colour.

2. If the above is not the problem, then create another user profile... Log in as the newly created user and see whether the issue is still there.

I have already formatted my lap,but the problem still appears.

Sorry , I didn't notice its'a notebook.
What you can try is to disable the mousepad and also the keyboard.
Attach a USB mouse and a keyboard. Check whether this still occurs.
