Yes for normal usage the standard ChromeCast works well. I do have an Ultra. The only difference is it is almost double the cost, has an Ethernet port and can stream 4K content.
If you don't require 4K streaming stick to the standard Chromecast. If you need ethernet, there are cheap adapters available too.

I have purchased Anycast device on Alixpress, I'm not recommend it. Most of the time it stuck. Specially streaming movies.

anycast is cheaper and signal strength is not good
within 10 meters it works perfectly
No any other issues using it around 2-3 years
