If the election is on a working day, the company have the obligation to release the employees to participate in to the voting. But, if the poling booth is away more than 40 Km from the working place, the employee is entitled for full day leave and if the poling booth is located in a place less than 40 Km from the work place, the employee is entitled for half day leave.
