Many developed countries do not list the occupation in the passport. In nay case you don't become an Engineer by having it listed in the passport.
The usual practice in SL was that to be listed as an Engineer you need a Degree certificate. Most of the so called Software Engineers are really Software Developers anyway.
In my opinion we should get rid of this in the passport altogether.
