How much total cost ?
If you have a permit, then additionally it will cost you 3.8 million. So if you wish to buy without a permit, it will be around 6.0 million or it may be a little less. The best way is to buy this vehicle via Permit. Buy a permit around 2.0 million( Or even less) then import it at an additional cost of 3.8 million. So the total cost will be 5.8 million. That is the most economical way.

What about Toyota Raize and Vitz

I am not a car importer bro. for Raize it's around 55 - 60 lakh. It is not worthey to import it via permit. you have to import it directly. Bz the tax concession is is not worthy via permit. As Toyota says, it does 18 - 20 km/l but it 1000cc turbo. But Yaris is 1200 CC. It depends on the what you desire. Yaris in my experience, it is very comfortable and well fuel-efficient.
For Vitz, my personel view is, if you are going to buy a vitz 2019 model at a price of 4.6 million it is not worthy. And I want to mention that you can import Yaris ative 1.2 S as brand new. In the registration book it prints as "New" s the condition. So the resale market is high.

    1. DONT GO FOR AXIO HYBRID. Hybrid market is drastically reducing. I had a Prius 2nd gen before Yaris. I bought it for 33. I had to sell it at a price of 26.5. So don't go for it.

2.Raize is a good no doubt about it. But the thing is if you are going via permit it is not worthy. Bz the tax concession is low. In this case, you have to sell the permit. I personelly don't recomend you to sell the permit. Bz it's a hard earned thing ( As I think). And also you are making sales person rich. These days salesperson will buy your permit at a cost of 2.0million and they will take balance of 16 laks. Therefore you will not get the full benefit out of your permit. So what I think is it is better if you somehow import a vehicle via your permit and then sell the vehicle. Say, you have imported allion or premio which has a good market value, then sell it and then go for raize.

    3. If you have a 35 laks in hand then go for toyota yaris ativ ( If you like) may be you may be able to get 2020 brandnew yaris ative. Japana puka thiyapunethi wahanayak genna puluwan. Braand new.

    Fuel Consumption

As I experienced fuel consumption is 18km/l. You can go even more when long-running.
