Hi, I want to write a review regarding Lassana Flora and their fruit & veg delivery service. I, like everyone thought it was such a good idea that where most online delivery services like Keels had stopped operating, Lassana Flora had decided to incorporate vegetables and daily groceries into their delivery system during these hard times. The prices were the market rate, no inflation and delivery was free.

Although their system was rather slow I was able to place an order to be delivered on 23rd March 2020. I received the order yesterday, unfortunately items such a 5kg bag of rice was missing from the order, and they had no explanation as to why it was missing. Will I receive my bag of rice....who knows

Prior to receiving my order, on 22nd March after placing my first order I placed a second for my mother in law. Once the items were selected I was taken to the checkout, made my payment using a Commercial Bank Debit Card, they were using a Sampath Bank payment gateway. Once I input the OTP number the payment gateway had an error. The money was deducted from my account but I did not receive am order confirmation or receipt from Lassana Flora. The amount was over Rs 3000.00 When I contacted Commercial Bank, they informed me that the monies needed to be refunded by Lassana Flora as it had already been sent to their account. I have since tried to contact them via their telephone hotline, branch number, email, sms, on numerous occasions to no avail.

I appreciate what Lassana Flora are trying to do, but their after sales service is horrendous. How difficult can it be to answer an email? Surely by now they must realize that there is an error and they have an over payment that needs to be traced?

Will I ever use them again? Really depends on whether Lassana Flora ever get back to me regarding my refund.
