Habai 2ken wena venama internet yannath one. Puluwan vidiyak thiyenawada? Meka karanna barida?

I want to make a connection between PC1 and PC2 via internet.
Can I do it using one switch like above.? I just sketched it using the Cisco packet tracer.

you should be able to do it. no need for the switch, you can directly connect the router to the other router
all you have to do is set a different network range for the link between the routers
you'll need to configure routing on both sides in order for the computers to communicate

If so, it is great to try machan.
Are both routers have be in the same subnet mask and IP range?
ex - Dialog : 192.168.1.1 and SLT : 192.168.1.2
Subnet - 255.255.255.0
DHCP - OFF or ON??

Could use both router's internet separately using this method. Right?

you can connect the two routers and create a network, but I don't think you'd be able to use both at the same time.
this whole thing depends on the capabilities of your routers machan. you need to be able to set ip address on each port on lan side and then configure routing
if you config ex - Dialog : 192.168.1.0/24 and SLT : 192.168.2.0/24 (two networks) then link between dialog & slt can be 192.168.3.0/24 or something else
on dialog you have to set a route for 192.168.2.0/24 towards slt router and vice versa
