Why? Monitoring temperature is essential for the long-term health of your system, specially for a laptop
If it's above average you might need to clean heatsink vents/re-apply thermal paste/replace the fan

Any trouble caused by heat is much more easier to solve compared to the harm done by software that take over the OS and resources..
Besides my laptop doesn't emit an excessive heat as I can feel. Been using this laptop for 5 years now

uptime is 8 days and counting so not a big issue i guess
