    I believe that you can revoke the deed of gift within 10 years of the date of execution. BTW I am not a lawyer - the best is advice from a lawyer.

    I did ask a friend of mine who is in the AG's department. This is what he texted. So please check with your lawyer.

    "If it's a revocable deed of gift, anytime. If it's an irrevocable deed of gift, has to prove cruelty which is not very easy. No time limit"
