How to Post a Parcel from SL to Dubai

Anyone know the process to sent a parcel from SL to Dubai through post?
I need to know the following details..
1. What are the chargers?
2. Is it possible to hand over the parcel to local post office or else it should be delivered to colombo central mail exchange?
3. Do we need to get the package inspected prior to packing the parcel (Because i heard such kind of news)
4.What are the prohibited items for shipment to dubai?

You better goto colombo main post office. I think you r from kelaniya, area. Sub post officers sucks bigtime. Those pathetic donkeysno nothing and always make trouble.
Just check weather, sri lanka to dubai postal service working these days. due to oovid, some countries not allowed.

Yes you need to show the item to post office , before th packing it.
