IFS vs Sysco Labs vs LSEG?

I'm not sure about the pay cuts at Sysco machan.
but my batchmates got promotions without the increments.
No idea about Cake.

I know only regarding IFS and compared to my previous workplaces(mid size local IT firms) , this is more than perfect.
As I heard sysco n LSEG are paying more than average. But in IFS the salary is fully basic which is good from employees perspective.

There should be a reason for you to leave WSO2 ne machan. I guess it's better to compare the other two companies based on those reasons first.

No idea about IFS. Some of my friends are in LSEG. They have been there for like 4 years and not that satisfied with the company because of the changes in the last few years. But since you are joining new, that won't be an issue. In Sysco also there are some of my friends. Some left the company last year since they didn't get promoted. Those who are still in the company seem satisfied. As I feel, in sysco you would get a completely different experience based on the team (this is the same with most of the companies anyway )
