My boxes were collected on 13/11/20. Their terrible customer service is not answering the phone. According to the original conversion, those boxes should have been receive in December. Until now Trico have failed to provide my receipt and deliver the boxes..

From New Zeland 2 cartoon boxes were sent on 15.1.21, this arrived in Melbourne on 18.1.21 and sent to Sri Lanka. The ETA in Sri Lanka was on 05.3.21, although the cargo arrived on due date, this was not loaded yet to Kurunegala. With great difficulty i contacted the trico officials, but they say it will be loaded on Tuesday and you can clear it on Wednesday. Many Tuesdays & Wednesdays passed, now almost one month, still my consignment not reached Kurunegala. Moreover i heard that they work only for 3 days, in a week, that is Monday; Tuesday & Wednesday. Trico is a private company and i am surprised to note the way they handle the cargo services. Now i kept my fingers crossed and wondering when i would be able clear my cargo.
