SLT Fiber Router - Internet Logging Issue

My SAMSUN TV Connected to the Router but Not connected to the Internet. Is anyone knows te DNS entry. Even SLT Technical staff can not solve this, This was not happened in previous copper connection . Please can anyone help me on this? Great Help.
