There is more parameters. But smallest one is Leo is over 160km from earth serface. It need more than micro watts for operation. It means more battery power wastage. All so the LTE or GSM or 5g antenna system not work for sat signal. For it need another type of antenna system. All so apple not use experimental technology for their products.
